I'm Chris, a Cybersecurity and Python enthusiast who gets into all sorts of stuff.

I've worked with a number of languages, frameworks, and technologies over the past decade. Here's an unordered list of some of those:

• Frontend: HTML5-langs, Python (CLIs)
• Backend: SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL-Server), PHP, Python, nginx, IIS, SSRS
• Way-back-there: (small) VMware deployments, Hyper-V, EC2, Ansible

Projects

• AnyWho

  AnyWho is a privacy-focused dating site for adults. It's designed to be a lightweight, privacy-friendly alternative to major dating platforms. The backend is PHP and it's currently in a source-available model to be open-sourced eventually. AnyWho is built to be mobile-first with scaling and resources that should fit most devices and minimal JS to maximize mobile speeds, simplicity, and privacy. It is a large project that will slowly add more features over time and hopefully gain a useful adoption rate as it grows!

• unhidden

  Unhidden is a Python program designed to de-anonymize Onion Services. It runs on a Tor Guard Relay and collects data which can be later analyzed to correlate IP addresses with .onion addresses. This is only meant as a proof-of-concept to show that opportunistic de-anonymization of Onion Services is much easier than commonly believed. Tor is still quite safe and effective.

• Defense Against The Dark Arts

  Defense Against The Dark Arts (DATDA) is the Cybersecurity club at the University of Wyoming. As a founding and current member, I've been responsible for everything from running elections to running VMware clusters and everything in-between. Every week, I volunteer at least a few hours to help the spread of Cybersecurity knowledge by giving weekly presentations and keeping up the infrastructure.
